Any agreements brokered by Air for the purchase of tickets are between the Event Organiser and the purchaser (‘you’).
Air does not set ticket prices or determine seating locations, except for events organised by Air itself. Quantities and types of tickets available for Air to sell are determined by the Event Organiser.
Air has no responsibility for events which are cancelled or postponed, except for events organised by Air itself.
In using Air´s website (the ‘Site’) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site.
Air will try to give three months´ notice of any change to these Terms and Conditions by a notice on the Site, but reserves the right to change them at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
Your booking includes a transaction charge, which is clearly documented on the Site; Air does not charge you on a per-ticket basis – whether you buy one ticket or 100 tickets at a time, there will be only one charge per transaction.
Air does not issue physical tickets. When your booking is complete, Air will send you a confirmation email with a reference code. You are responsible for checking that the information in the confirmation email is accurate.
Tickets are sold subject to an Event Organiser´s right to alter an event due to circumstances beyond its control, without Air being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the Event Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to notify you, but you should check an event´s status before you travel to it.
Air cannot exchange or refund bookings. Refunds may be made by the Event Organiser in accordance with its refund and exchanges policy.
Air reserves the right to cancel any booking which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
You must produce on request the booking reference from Air´s confirmation email, or a printed copy of that email; otherwise you may be refused entry.
Admission is at the discretion of and in line with the Rules and Regulations of the Event Organiser or venue associated with the booked event.
For any tickets purchased at a concessionary rate, you should produce proof of entitlement on arrival. You may otherwise be charged an additional fee for full-price tickets, or be refused entry.
You must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and appropriate regulations while attending an event. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the Event Organiser or venue to eject you.
If an event is cancelled, you should contact the Event Organiser directly to ask for a refund. If it is rescheduled, the Event Organiser may offer you alternative dates/times. If you cannot attend on the revised dates/times, you should contact the Event Organiser directly to ask for a refund.
Air cannot refund the transaction charge on any bookings.
Air respects your privacy, and will only process your personal data as allowed by the Data Protection Act (1998). Specifically, Air will not share your personal information with third parties or use information without your prior consent, saving only that purchase of tickets through the Site is deemed to give consent for:
If you do give consent for other organisations to contact you, you consent to Air passing on your personal information to those organisations.
Air does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will provide specific results from the use of the Site or any content on it. The Site and its content are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Air will take all reasonable precautions to keep the Site free of viruses and other destructive features, but cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. Site content, therefore, is downloaded at your own risk.
Air disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Air will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, and punitive and consequential damages.
Air disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any Event Organisers, third-party users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the Site in connection with the Site or your use of the Site.
Air is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any Event Organiser, performer or other third party in connection with or referenced on the Site.
In no event will Air be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold Air and its officers, agents, employees and contractors harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable legal expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site.
